Morning i was going through an article in BBC website about a new research finding that suggests a direct link between the the obesity of parents and the children.
It says that there is a strong link in obesity between mothers and daughters and fathers and sons, but not across the gender divide and the link is more of behavioral rather than genetic.
To know more about this important issue , i immediately referred to wiki and what happened next is the reason for writing this article.

He is is making it to the gym 6-7X/week for 90 minutes. a great role model who understands the importance that physical fitness plays in his role as the leader of his country.
In his message to the nation on physical fitness published in Los Angels Times Blogs he says " Among adults young and old, physical activity has been shown to combat obesity, while reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke and certain cancers. Even moderate amounts of physical activity can reduce the risk of premature death"
If the busiest person in the world is able to spare 90 minutes every day to keep himself fit , can't you take out at least 30 minutes a day ?
So let's do it but how ? Very simple solution

Allocate at least 30 minutes in the morning or in the evening walking briskly, mowing the lawn, dancing, swimming for recreation or bicycling.Try to make it a fun to stay motivated and remain regular.
You should make this activity an integral part of your life overcoming all barriers, as highlighted in the article "Tips To Help You Get Active" published in the website of NIDDK , U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
